Volunteers will involve their social, communicative competences. Our daily task is to be involved in After School Care group of elementary school kids (6-10), to do their homework + make their afternoons special with creative games. We give space to volunteers to bring their own ideas. Our group is divers consists of ESC volunteers and honorary volunteers from Göttingen. We are also making overnight-programs for the kids which gives the volunteers confidence and responsibilities. We also make projects where we train new honorary volunteers which are aimed to improve the leadership competences of the trainees through reflexion, team building games etc. Biggest + most entertaining projects are the season camps in which we bring our ideas all together. There is also the opportunity to help in the crèche and to learn German together with the children.
