Funded by the Government of Romania, through the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and coordinated by the AUF, the “Eugen Ionescu” Fellowship Programme offers doctoral students and teacher-researchers from around the world the opportunity to carry out a three-month research stay within one of the partner higher education institutions in Romania.
Goals
The “Eugen Ionescu” mobilities allow French-speaking teachers and researchers to improve their skills in AUF member institutions in Romania.
They fall within areas deemed priorities for the development of the beneficiaries' country of origin and are consistent with the research priorities of the host institutions.
Eligibility
The program is aimed at doctoral students and teacher-researchers from higher education institutions that are members of the AUF, located in member and observer countries of the International Organisation of the Francophonie (OIF), as well as in Algeria.

Application Submission Procedure
Submitting an application for the "Eugen Ionesco" scholarship program is a process that involves the following two steps:

No additional documents will be accepted after the online form has been submitted, even if the call for applications is still open. All application documents must be written in French. The absence of any document will automatically result in the application being rejected.
