Eligibility:
You are eligible if you are a HDR student undertaking research in the fields of agricultural science, food science, plant and forestry science, or agribusiness and are planning to undertake travel to regional, rural and remote communities in Australia to engage in work that addresses local priorities and challenges.
Priority will be given to applicants who:
- are from or currently residing in regional, rural and remote communities across Queensland; and/or
- propose to undertake travel to regional, rural and remote communities across Queensland; and/or
- demonstrate a commitment to working in regional, rural and remote communities across Queensland following the completion of their studies.
Selection criteria:
Your application will be ranked on the basis of:
- Academic achievement and the potential of scholastic success; and
- Any other matters the selection committee considers to be relevant to your future research development.
