The European University Institute invites PhDs and PhD students in their final year of thesis defense to apply for one of the research programs available at the university.

The European University Institute is an international organization providing postgraduate training in "political and social sciences, economics, law, history and civilization", and carrying out research missions. It is funded by the Member States and the European Union.
